Our fees
The Settlement Agreement offered to you by your employer will normally include a sum in respect of your legal fees for obtaining advice before entering into the agreement. We will usually accept that sum for our fee in providing you with this advice.
If you have any questions about our fees, we are happy to discuss this with you.
How your legal fees are paid
When the Settlement Agreement is signed by both parties, we will prepare our fee invoice and send it direct to your employer for the amount of the agreed contribution to your legal fees. We will be responsible for collecting the fee.
